Vision of the evangelical congregation "Elim-Leipzig"

{E}rfrischend = Refreshing,
because congregations which belong to "ELIM Leipzig" offer strengthening services and social services and assistance for tired, hopeless, stressed-out, and life-thirsty people.
 
{L}ebendig = Alive,
because in congregations which belong to "ELIM Leipzig" meetings with God become possible by spontaneity and by the working of the Holy Spirit and people experience growth in their faith.
 
{I}ntegrierend = Integrating,
because in congregations which belong to "ELIM Leipzig" people of different origin, nationality, skin color, social background and age find their home. This integration takes place particularly through affiliation to a small group (house and working group cells).
 
{M}issionarisch = Missionary,
because congregations which belong to "ELIM Leipzig" want to spread the good message of Jesus Christ in our city and found new congregations.

because our are congregations, are based on the Holy Bible as the word of God, and because teachings, community, bread breaking and worship take place through the working of the Holy Spirit.
